Exterior fencing has now been installed and the site has been wrapped to promote further pre sales
Earthworks have commenced at the rear boundary of the site.
Stormwater and civil engineers are currently on site laying the footings for the foundation of the site.

Site is currently being cleared and earthworks have commenced.
Relocation of services including power pole has now been completed.
Exisiting house is scheduled to be relocated on 6th December.
New pilings for existing house have been installed.
Marketing material and public pre sale campaign design will be finalised in December.
Slight modifications have been made to the roofline on the top floor above the 3 bedroom units in order to adhere to the adjacent charter listed properties. This does not effect the yield or size of the units in any way.

Civil and headworks to commence in 3 weeks.
