Who's Holding You Accountable?

To reach a higher standard in any area of our lives, we need someone who can help us and hold us to account. We need someone who can keep us on track and ensure that we achieve the results we are hoping to attain.

A gym, for instance, is full of members who joined with the intention to achieve a higher level of fitness. But joining is the easy part. 

I’m sure that when you turned up on that first day you were excited and full of good intentions. But quickly found that you lacked the confidence and experience in using the equipment – it was all very overwhelming, your goal and taking those first steps.

You intended to go to the gym five days a week, however after a few sessions, the feelings of uncertainty and lack of confidence killed your motivation to keep turning up.
