Completed Work

  • Lift Shaft and columns to Level 1
  • Inground basement services installed(sewer, water, stormwater & electrical)
  • Cleared and levelled neighbouring block and construction access
  • Site establishment complete
  • Council pre-start meeting complete
  • Retaining walls to the western, front and rear boundaries

Upcoming Work

  • Basement slab being poured
  • Level 1 Formwork being erected
  • Level 1 structural steel being placed
  • Level 1 podium concrete pour

New site photos uploaded

Estimated Completion Date: July 2018

Due to Christmas/New Year period the December and January updates will be available early February

Project Update from Vested Capital as at 2nd November 2017:

  • Ground floor footings and columns completed
  • Lift pit excavation, construction and backfill completed
  • Pre start meeting with council for above ground works pending
  • Retaining walls and footings and stairs to the western boundary to be commenced shortly
  • Civil services (sewer/water/stormwater) to basement carpark pending
  • New Site photos uploaded
