Project Update as at 8th February 2017:

  • Development Application has now been approved by Council on the 4th February.
  • Build contracts are now being prepared and finalised for execution.
  • Existing house has been scheduled for demolition on the 4th March.

Project Update as at 22nd December 2016:

  • DA has been lodged and final RFI has been approved by Council.
  • Changes have been made to the penthouse floor plans to increase the internal space and provide room for a 4th bedroom.
  • Exisiting house on site is scheduled for demolition in the New Year (approx. 20th January)
  • Stormwater management plan has been submitted to Council for approval.
  • Concrete will be arriving on site on 29th February for the basement carpark.
  • Pre sale campaign to commence in February
  • Construction loan facilities have settled with no requirement for pre sales.
